Dating back to 1951, Admiral Heights is a water-privileged Annapolis community, consisting of roughly 600 homes. Minutes to Route 50, the Bay Bridge, downtown, and uptown Annapolis, this subdivision has many homeowners excited about the proximity to the commuter routes out of the city. Homes are midsized in price, with only a few on the market at the time, making this section of Annapolis attractive. The streets are named after twenty-six admiral graduates of the US Naval Academy and many properties are walking distance to the Naval-Marine Corps Memorial stadium.
 
The Admiral Heights Improvement Association was designed for the residents of Admiral Heights in hopes to gain a strong community following. Throughout the years, this group has done a fabulous job of maintaining and boosting the property values, as well as tending to the community matters that arise. They also organize neighborhood events, coordinate ways to give back to the environment, and see to it that the community members are enjoying the amenities offered: the pool, waterfront parks, pier, and boat club.
