Congratulations to my clients who settled on two special properties yesterday! This tandem settlement included selling their Eastport home and then purchasing a new home in Hunt Meadow. My clients were able to accomplish their goals by receiving an over asking offer during the first weekend their home hit the market. We also found this family a desirable home in an extremely competitive buyers market.
