We closed on an exciting property this week in Annapolis, Maryland. I have teamed up with Maxim Building Group and we will create a beautiful subdivision in Homewood this year. The Terrapin Station community will consist of 6 coastal craftsman style homes with high end fit and finish, off street/garage parking, ample green space, a private cul-de-sac and more. The style of each home will be similar to our recently completed subdivision located on Adams Street and Boucher Avenue in Eastport-Annapolis, Maryland. Our group appreciates the continued interest in our product and new details about the project are on the way.
