Situated on West Street across from hot restaurants like Sailor Oyster Bar and Lighthouse Bistro, this band of homes strikes me as a high end convenient style of living. Transformation at Downtown Annapolis Rec Center

Formerly known as the UTO building in 1942, then the Annapolis Rec Center, this group of seven luxury condominium residences will include features like covered parking, balconies, terraces, high end appliances, quartz countertops and all wood cabinets. Eastport Sail Loft

Also designed by architect Hammond Wilson and built by Stonington Builders, this a condominium project in Eastport. Six luxury town home residences, some with garages, yard space, decks, porches, lofts and elevators. These are predicted to be available this coming summer of 2018. For more info click here.
