5 ROMANTIC DINE IN ANNAPOLIS SPOTS TO VISIT ON VALENTINE’S DAY

I frequent many of these romantic restaurants in Annapolis. If you are looking for your perfect Valentine’s Day culinary destination this week, these are my top 5 “go-tos”

Cafe Normandie

“French Country Cuisine with Maryland Seafood Specialties open for 31 years, Café Normandie is one of the most Romantic Restaurants in Annapolis. Famous for its cozy atmosphere, and well-known for its typical French cuisine created and prepared by Award Winning Chef Jean-Louis.” –Cafe Normandie

Flamant

“Flamant is a warm, casual neighbourhood bistro and bar in West Annapolis. We welcome our friends and neighborhood to come enjoy good, simple food rooted in the classic style of European cuisine. Our seasonal menu features fresh products selected daily from the market offerings as well as protein sourced from local, trusted and dependable purveyors. Our partially open kitchen allows diners to enjoy the bustling kitchen activity and helps foster a relationship between our seasoned team and our patrons – further enhancing the intimacy of Flamant.” – Flamant

Lewnes’ Steakhouse

“The Lewnes family has been serving fine food at this location since 1921. We trust that your dining experience with us will be a memorable one! Welcome to the World of U.S. Prime Aged Beef. Only two percent of American Beef is good enough to earn the designation “U.S. Prime.” That’s why only a handful of restaurants serve it. Lewnes’ Steakhouse holds the distinction of being the first Annapolis restaurant to feature U.S. Prime Steaks.” – Lewnes’ Steakhouse

Sailor Oyster Bar

“Local oysters are more than just a menu item; they’re a reason for being and a way to give back to the community. We give all of our used oyster shells to the Oyster Recovery Partnership, a non-profit that is working
to improve the health of the Chesapeake Bay.” – Sailor Oyster Bar

Sailor typically has between four and nine types of oysters available, and three of those are from the Chesapeake Bay or one of its tributaries. The specific oysters vary from day to day, but the menu often includes Cannon Coves, Battle Creeks or War Shores. – Capital Gazette

All combined to create the seasonally fresh, American cuisine that is unique to Vin 909. Our approach is the European ideal of smaller, more frequent meals.
